• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded

Bajioo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
• By court order or government directive
• At the user's own request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You may withdraw your balance before closure, provided no terms have been violated.

• Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures
• Financial losses from betting are entirely the user's own responsibility

• If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, it can be escalated to senior management
• In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Bajioo's system logs will serve as the final and definitive evidence
• Financial disputes will be resolved within a maximum of 30 days
• The laws of the country in which the company is registered shall apply to any legal disputes
